科研发现，成人每天需7到8小时睡眠，如果每天只睡5到6个小时，就等于每天欠一两小时的睡眠债，在路上开车危险。

台湾林口长庚医院胸腔內科医生罗友伦指出，开车者欠睡眠债，情况就有如醉酒驾驶，在路上随时会有危险。

他说，睡眠债积欠越多，身体就越疲累，一有机会就立刻进入睡眠状态，有些在开会时打瞌睡，有些在开车时一遇交通灯转红就立刻“补睡”。

他提醒开车人士，疲劳驾驶是造成交通意外事故的主因之一。开车时紧急反应需0.2秒，如果积欠大笔睡眠债，遇紧急状况时反应就慢了一步，情况有如醉酒开车。

医生:睡觉需要　黑暗的环境。

ever since i start driving taxi, i rarely use alarm clock, natural wake up after 8-10 hrs of sleep...... last time when under employment only sleep 6 hrs a day........

this article only represents omo. As for only 1/2 shift, whether day or night unless you sibei wu eng not working....else if work, 5 or 6 hours not enough.

Got to eat, play, enjoy, tremendous workout, not enough one la.

Or else, very lazy just stick at your own home ground dont drive out of the boundary area.

Somewhere before Siglap exit, limpek heard a farking loud scream, and I still thought that is from my dream land.....

That feeling is like you having a very deep sleep.....

Luckily only bang into a lorry back, the pax (lady) still screaming non stop.....

1 thing for sure, when you really fall asleep while driving, your speed will get slower and slower, becos no strength to step accelerator liao.....

No injury, but learn a heavy lesson, lady pax nearly want me sue me for missing her flight and many many other things.....

decent02 nowadays i seldom see any accident there la. maybe cause i drive night so i seldom see. that V divider really cb one la. at least most of the TD really zi dong, switch on hazard light to inform the drivers of the taxi queue.

and this divider is nothing compared to the one just filtering out from PIE to changi. That road also cb...most of the drivers dont signal and dont look out for the cars coming from ECP.

Bo lah, reach AP, many TD wake up liao...I see plane only, seibei happy liao..where got sleep? Accident is because many chiong all way from ECP and PIE, then some yaya TDs got news thru their walkies or connection that T2 pick and go, T1 long Q, so quickly change lanes, then those with passenger also chiong into T2, then bang bang lor.

Want to sleep, take a good nap at ECP lah, knn, some of them sleep at AP Q, tiam tiam need me to horn them, become their alarm..nabey, buay zi tong one. If limpek sleepy, go book 2 hrs room sleep until song song till jurong.

If on the way, you feel sleeping, the most safety way is to inform pax, ask him or her to talk TCSS, it help both, be frank to pax that you are feeling sleepy, can you help me, talk to me till near AP. Dun keep quiet and go into wonderland..then later you wake up, you can be in westernland, and I will might be yr driver.
